What does the 10% commission apply to?
Commission is only charged on revenue BRAIN helps you recover from abandoned carts or follow-up campaigns. If we don’t help you recover revenue, you only pay the base subscription.
Can I change plans as my volume changes?
Yes. You can move up or down plans as your store grows or seasonality changes. If you’re not sure where to start, pick the closest tier and we’ll help you dial it in.
Is there a long-term contract?
For Starter, Pro, and Premium, pricing is month-to-month. Enterprise can be structured as a longer-term agreement if that’s helpful for budgeting.
What do you need from my team to get started?
Typically: access to your e-commerce platform, abandoned cart events, and your brand guidelines. We’ll handle the AI call flows, scripting, and technical implementation with your team.
